NAVRATRI PARTICIPATION NOTICE

Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,

Students who wish to participate in the upcoming Navratri activity/programme may meet their respective Class Coordinator and the concerned faculty member for further details and participation guidance.

Students interested in participating must obtain permission from their parent/guardian. Parents/guardians will provide permission on behalf of the participating student.

Participation is subject to the school's applicable terms, conditions, rules and instructions.

Five steps to complete the form

Parents/guardians should complete the following steps for their child.

1. 1Download the Parent/Guardian Permission Form.
2. 2Read the form carefully.
3. 3Complete all required details.
4. 4The parent/guardian must sign the form where required.
5. 5The completed and signed Parent/Guardian Permission Form must be submitted to the Concerned Faculty before participation.
